STEAC is an enhanced SOC test integration platform, automatically performs test circuit insertion, test pattern translation and test scheduling. The test integration platform has been applied to a crypto processor that serves as a benchmark for evaluating our proposed solution. Our solution has small test time overhead and high test pin utilization, as well as simple interconnect routing.
