This demonstration will show real-time foreground detection in scenes with non-stationary background for video surveillance applications. The application has been implemented in the Application-Specific Vector Co-Processor platform developed in UTIA for flexible data-parallel processing in FPGAs. The platform has been designed and the demonstration implemented within the Artemis SMECY project.
